Hello,
I like studying is the right choice.
By the way,you can use both gerund-ing form- and infinitive-to+verb- after verb like.

Hello,
I like studying is the right choice since it is not a thing which is happening in present. It is a part of our life which we will do continuously.

Hello !

Yes, 'like' is followed mainly by -ing : 'She likes swimming, but she doesn't like diving !'.
Yet, 'would like to ' is always followed by an infinitive. 'She would like to become a champion and trains regularly.'

Hello,
I like swimming means that you actually enjoy swimming.
But you can say: I like to go to the dentist twice a year. (It means that you think IT IS a WISE thing to do, you know nobody enjoys going to the dentist, do you?).
After the verbs that follow we usually use gerunds (ING form of the verb, making it a noun):
like, love, enjoy, adore, dislike, hate, abhor, mind, stand(meaning tolerate),etc.
